Alison has been a member of BODS for 50 years, enjoying many roles within the society including Chorus, Principal, Scenery and Costume Design, Wardrobe, Committee and Director. She is perhaps best known for directing her original interpretations of Gilbert and Sullivan at the Harlequin Theatre and Polesden Lacey Open Air Theatre. Following a full performing career in opera, concert and oratorio, Alison now sings in the Surrey Opera Chorus
Stephen joined BODS in 2009 when he played the part of Mexican bandit Mendoza in Viva Mexico. Since then he has been involved in most productions either performing, stage-managing or lighting (and sometimes all of them together). He also does stage-lighting for other local groups including MADS and Utopians Unlimited.
